Read enough reviews of any shop and the same handful of words keep surfacing. For a repair business those recurring words are the real report card, because they describe what happens on an ordinary Tuesday rather than on a great day.
The compliment that comes up most often is about work we did not sell. One reviewer called us a rare find after being told their oil change was not due yet. Sending someone home without an invoice is the cheapest advertising there is, and the most honest.
